HISTORY
KMB was founded by Managing Director, Kevin Baxter in 1988, as a Quantity Surveying business. In order to fulfill client demand Kevin developed the business further in 1996 with the opening of The Old Bake House, KMB’s head office in Kirton, Lincolnshire and the introduction of Architectural, Planning Supervision and Project Management services.
To facilitate the continued growth of their client and project portfolio, KMB went on to open additional offices in London and Manchester, endorsing their commitment to continually improve service and delivery standards.
KMB currently employ more than fifty staff and with a culture of openness, commitment, flexibility and professionalism, Kevin along with fellow directors Gavin Ferris, Gary Thompson and Sam Culling have developed the business into a widely respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy.
Building from a base of retail and catering expertise, KMB have successfully built up their market portfolio by recruiting and developing the right people and now also work comprehensively in the Health, Residential, Education, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
KMB are commissioned to carry out work extensively in the UK and Ireland and they also assist clients with projects throughout Europe and America.
